Text Message Notifications

RealScout offers text message alerts to notify you instantly when a client sends you a message through the app. It’s a great way to stay responsive while on the go. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the RealScout Agent App to manage conversations and client activity from your phone.


How to set up RealScout Text Notifications:
 

1. Head over to the My Profile tab and click on Notification Settings. 

2. Here, you'll see the Text Notifications section. 

3. Add your phone number and verify it. 

4. You'll receive a text with a code to enter. 

5. Lastly, enable the toggle for “Text me when any client sends me a message.”
